Butcher shop window

On the way back to Edinburgh we stopped off at the House of Bruar for lunch/dinner.

Nat loves these sorts of places as they have nice little shops. At the very back of one of the shops was a butcher.

I'm always intrigued by seeing where our meat really comes from...no horse here.
