Little Buddy has some stories to tell. The good folk at the SPCA managed to find his owners , 2 hours drive away from where he was found. 4 months after going missing. Stinking like , a dog that's been living rough for 4 months , fleas for africa and matted to the skin. As you can see some folk put his needs above any of that stuff. DawGals going to give him a clean up before the owners pick him up.
