Shenzhen: Stranded

You know that feeling... that 'oh no, I haven't got an interesting blip for today' feeling? That was me as I walked home from work, camera jammed in pocket hoping something would catch my eye. Well, turning the final corner to the final crossing to home we found a boat.

The sea is close but not close enough to drag your boat to here. A fisherman's joke? A mate annoyed him so he whipped his boat and deposited on the main road by the high school and the department store?

By the bye, the '2012' board behind is celebrating the high school's 2012 graduates, listing which universities they're all off to. One's off to The University of Auckland in New Zealand and another heads for Kansas, USA, both promise a good dose of culture shock.

And the light? Not a train. Just a motorbike... on the footpath... it is still China after all.
