Nearly finished...

Today I had 2 rooms to cover. First I spent time in the grandest reception room used to entertain the rich and the great. Queen Victoria and Prince Albert were amongst the guests.

Then after lunch I was in the library (seen in the blip) and book room. Both rooms have recently been decorated and thousands of books dusted and checked for damage. White sheets are still covering some furniture.

Not a huge number of visitors but some had good questions about the fact there was no information about the individual books. As one man said, "They look like they were bought by the yard!"
