Sous vide filet mignon, spinach, and zucchini-parmesan muffins. Wine: Château Dalem Fronsac 2017.

The muffins were improvised and came out very well. I was making some zucchini and lime muffins with poppy seeds, but I made a small batch of batter on the side without the sugar and dressed it up differently so we could have a couple savory muffins with dinner.
