South Coast Scribblings

Squidgy!

I think this soggy peony that I noticed on my walk about sums up the day - very rainy! I popped into the charity shop to look at the organ that is for sale - in fact they have two. The smaller Yamaha one was more to my liking than the one I had seen in the window as it had classical organ settings. However, it's an early 80's organ and the sound was slightly muffled and I don't trust it to last. And I doubt you can get parts for them any more after that length of time. Actual classical organs are enormous and cost thousands, so they're out of the question. I think I'll settle for my keyboard and try to ignore the lack of foot pedals, at least until I come across something more up-to-date!
