Panning

Up early to walk round a rather sodden Birks then went to wake the girls who had had a Shrek marathon overnight.
The only request for Aberfeldy was they were taken gold panning at Highland Safaris, such a simple pastime but kept these three transfixed for over an hour and not a phone in sight.
Shame we had to wait an hour and a half for the bacon rolls but otherwise and despite the weather twas fun. We dropped them back in Aberfeldy for another food raid of the coop and in absence of sunshine headed back to Edinburgh,.
N has been desperate to try a fish supper at The Fishmarket so we duly did but were underwhelmed, not as good as Alandas!
