Water main

A while back I was campaigning against the installation of a phone mast outside my neighbours house, on a busy pavement. Our objections were largely on safety grounds - route to several schools, regular road accidents, issues for access etc
Objections were dismissed.

This morning a team arrived to dig the hole…. And they discovered a water main in the way!
So the hole has been filled and the pavement marked. The digging team were confident it’s not a viable location :-)
