Hydraulic lifter

This morning, while looking out our kitchen window, I noticed a yellow hydraulic lifter being offloaded from the truck on the road below us. It is very clever and was driven down the road by the operator standing in the top cage. Work was being done on a multi-level house near us which is currently being renovated. This is so much more convenient and efficient than erecting multiple layers of scaffolding. 
Today, I made my annual visit to our accountant. All seems to be in order to complete our tax returns. Being retired, we now only pay 17.5% tax, which is such an improvement over the old 39% days.
