Saltwater Creek

Wide Wednesday theme is river scenery. …..
…. this is the closest river to us, we live just beyond the bridge that can be seen in the distance, which is State Highway 1. 
Those overseas blippers that have visited and/or stayed with us will recall my directions “turn right just after crossing Saltwater Creek bridge.  
Where I have taken the photo from is one of the places they launch the rowing skiffs. The local schools use this part for rowing practise.

A few days ago we made a list…lists are essential when there is lots to do within a time frame. Over the last two days I have ticked off four things….plus a phone call to book in a guy to clean our chimney next Monday.   My oven is squeaky clean!   The fire alarms have new batteries.  Doug was able to help me clean out the garage this afternoon.  Yes, he’s improving slowly. 
Why lists …. We’re off to Australia next month,  we have a couple who are house sitting here while we’re away.
