Autumn day in Langhorne Creek

This Grevillea has been shaped like a tree rather than the usual bush shape; it lives outside an old stone building, now the town's  Memorial Hall. Langhorne Creek, located between the Adelaide Hills and Lake Alexandrina on the Fleurieu Peninsula, is one of Australia’s oldest wine regions. The area is the traditional home of the Ngarrindjeri people of the lower Murray River, the western Fleurieu Peninsula, and the Coorong.
