Brand Spanking New

I’ve been watching the emergence of this dragonfly (identification?) by the pond since late morning. I was sure it would fly away before my first yoga class but no, it waited for me to come back! Two extras to show the relatively tiny larva case that it emerged from and a detail of its compound eyes.
