Summer must be coming..

I feel a little spring in my step and had an urge to make this salad. Maybe I got carried away..
Lettuce and fresh spinach, grated courgette, red onion, steamed aubergine, seared broccoli, a bit of tahini and also chipotle.
No garlic though, hmm…
