Clingendael

After many years of hoping to get over to see our son and his partner we finally arrived in Den Haag today for a weeks visit.

Our first walk out was to the Clingendael Park which is a really fantastic place to walk. Plenty of birds of a non-Shetland variety including Egyptian Goose and Long Tailed Tit.

It says something for my choice of holiday destination that this is the furthest south I’ve been since 1979.
