Creativity in Learning

Today was the day of the Creative Learning staff development event for department management that I organised at work. The speakers/facilitators were inspirational and certainly left us with lots to think about.

On the right of this photo is the newspaper tower that the winning team built, with the raw egg on top, it held for the rest of the day. Unfortunately the structure our team made led to 3 smashed eggs. We learned not to change your strategy half way through a project just because it looks like someone is doing better than you!

Chilling tonight with a glass of wine, this one was months in planning and I am glad it's behind me now.........maybe I can get on with my core job now!
