No mow May

Early dog walk on a fresh, pleasant sunny morning.  By 10am sun had pretty much disappeared behind clouds.

I put a washing load on and decided on working in the garden.  The witch hazel is planted with some red flowered antirrhinum plants in front.  Cut back some ivy and bramble which was encroaching towards some perennials and sawed a bit more of some dead wood.  Spent about 2 hours working peacefully.

Had a chiropractor appointment in the afternoon.which has left me relaxed and a bit sleepy.  Early night tonight.

Took Kyro for afternoon walk.  He gets immersed in the tall grass.  It's a bit of a pain if someone has discarded food as he, of course, smells it and is onto it well before me!
