Attended my fist ever face to face Living Well with Pain (LWWP) group refresher session since I started with them over three years ago. SO much better, including meeting familiar virtual faces in person.

I'm very fortunate to have access to this local  Pain Clinic within the Pain Pathway and CFS/ME Service NHS Service (run by PICS -(PRIMARY INTEGRATED COMMUNITY SERVICES LTD)
