Hot Dog

Cooling off in the Glentarroch Burn. Although the Heather still looks brown and dormant amongst it there are patches of petty whin, milk wort, ('blue as summer skies')tormentil and cotton grass. There were kingcups, Lady's smock and the lime green rosettes of insectivorous butter wort alongside the burns.

The extra is looking across the moor towards the patchwork of muirburn near Drumroy.
