Blooming lovely

To be back home.
Once we landed at Glasgow everything went almost like clockwork. The electronic passport scanners weren’t working, so the passports had to be manually checked. Due to our late arrival I think we were the only flight going through so there was no delay. In fact in my experience it was quicker. The last time I tried to use the electronic scanner (2019) it took multiple attempts to read it. Our luggage was quickly retrieved from the carousel and the bus to the car park was waiting for us . The drive back to Aberdeenshire took about 2 and a half hours but the sun was rising and the roads were clear . We got home at about six am. The rest of the day has been spent washing clothes and napping.
This Alium had bloomed while we were away.
