Early start

It looked like being a scorchio day. Ian fancied getting a Parkrun in now that we have Saturdays back - no more kiddies football!  I thought it would be too hot and I don’t really like our nearest Parkrun as it is track rather than flat so not kind to my feet! https://www.parkrun.org.uk/killerton/

So I went out early and got my 5 miles in on the pavements before 0830 and then met up with Ian to go to Parkrun.  Whilst he did the route, I got a few more steps in around the shady gardens and then met him at the finish line.

In the afternoon, I started the Inside Man series on Netflix.
