Nazare Sunset and Benfica Wins

Nazare, Portugal is the new home of ultra Big Wave Surfing (and is on any surfers "Bucket List" to visit). In fact this last winter the first 100 foot wave was ridden (there is a documentary series that predates that achievement, by that name, that is worth watching). As you can see it is currently flat. We arrived in time to witness this sunset and a street party to celebrate "Benfica" winning the Portuguese National Football (Soccer) title. The two extras show the amazing passion of the local fans in the streets. It went on until after midnight....
