3 weeks post Mr Moon Boot...

Today I finally joined the Nudgee Runners, they run while I walk... I walked for 33 minutes so I was pleased with that... After that the day went downhill...
A bike collected David on the bikeway this morning... Hit his head so he's got a cut above his left eye brow, taken skin off his left elbow, maybe fractured middle finger on his left hand and maybe damaged the thumb on his right hand, took a knock to his right knee but the worst bit is high on the left side of his ribs and he says he can't lay down as it's too painful... So I've put heaps of pillows on the couch for him to prop himself up to try and get comfortable to get some rest/sleep...
Certainly didn't need this...
