Loughborough Cycling Festival

Got up early to watch Will and his mates in the first race. He took it easy and had fun on his much heavier winter bike. Apparently it was great for the descents. 42 of them started and there were no accidents on a very twisty course round the campus with lots of speed bumps. They were all delighted when one of the team won. Then we went for a walk up the nearby Beacon Hill, a glorious spot and enjoyed lunch at the cafe.
