We had not long been back from church this morning when my brother-in-law Neil phoned to say my sister Shirley, who is 5 years younger than me, was in hospital in Leeds having been rushed there by ambulance from Knaresborough yesterday afternoon having had a stroke . It was such an awful shock
It isn’t as bad as her last one was in 2009, when she had to learn to walk again. But it has affected her eyesight.
She is being transferred back to Harrogate District Hospital today.
So I’ll be a bit intermittent with comments at the moment, but I will look at your photos.
I just feel in a bit of a daze right now.
She will be 70 in July.
