Tom gets a collar.

Tom has decided that outside suits him very well. The downside is that he just wanders off and isn't afraid of anything. Just the other day he walked right up to a random dog, touched noses then rubbed all over the dog. The dog was totally stunned. So he has a collar now so it is obvious he belongs somewhere.
