Sweetness and Light

Early this morning there was quite a commotion in the garden. Two pairs of starlings arrived with their chicks, six in total. They screeched and squawked, demanding to be fed by their parents, very entertaining but hard to photograph as they hardly stayed still. At one point, one of the babies sat quietly by itself so I chose this as my main picture as it is a sweet little thing, my extra contains some of the less calmer moments!
