We noticed this large arid field and thought, with the recent dry weather around, that it will be quite a challenge for any grass or crops to quickly grow.
It was quite a challenge to take a photo as, just three shots in, the battery gave up. I put the spare in, but that was as dead as the proverbial flightless avian of Mauritius.
