Looking at you?

Today was the 3rd BH Monday I’ve worked in a month and I’ll be honest, I’m over them. 
The new company removed the irrigation we had for the trees and shrubs and at present it’s taking 3 of us 4 hours a day to water the stock. The new manager is not happy so things may change again.
As I watered the roses today, I noticed a lot of a Damsel flies and managed to capture this one.
