Long Tailed Tit

You have to love the long tailed Tit.  They come into the garden like a rowdy bunch of teenagers, tweeting away, hang around for a few moments and then they're off again.

Despite the bank holiday the pool was open at the normal time and I walked up for an early morning swim.  One of my regular lane chums is Jake, but not any longer as he starts a new job as a police control room officer from tomorrow and is on training for the next five weeks.  Good luck to him.

The rest of the day was spent mainly in the garden with a lovely day of weather, except for a keen northerly wind.
