Blue Jay

Beautiful fellow who stopped by for some peanuts.  I was ready for him with my bird call identifier app on my phone.  He's very vocal, as is the red winged blackbird with its distinctive call.  There were lots of those outside my apartment in Washington which is why I'm excited about any bird that isn't a red winged blackbird even though I do love them.
