Weird .........

 .......... things that I do on a whim.

This was the top from a very plain swede (the vegetable, not someone from the country of Sweden - lol).
I chopped it off and put it in water on the windowsill - Himself asked "why?"  - to be honest I haven't a clue - seemed a good idea at the time.   Maybe I was thinking what we did with carrots at school, I don't know.

However it has now sprouted these lovely leaves  -  if I plant it in soil will it grow???   Answers gratefully received.   :o))
