After the bath

This jaunty Catbird enjoys the small granite birdbath on our patio wall. I just adore these birds.

My acupuncturist showed me an amazing Carolina Wren nest, INSIDE his cozy library digs in a room in the back of his garage. He had opened a window a few weeks ago and a wren family moved in. Three eggs, I had a quick look, she flew out the window, but they are not bothered by humans, nesting in places like baskets on front doors, etc. You can see the nest in the extra.

This day came in sunny and cool, but there are some hot days coming.

All hands smiling, especially me, I managed to clip Raven's nail without much fuss. Fianna needs hers done too, but that is a production with an ex-feral.
