Goodbye autumn.....

....such a beautiful calm sunny day, mum and I enjoyed a stroll over the swing bridge of Kaiapoi River, loving the sun warming our backs, admiring reflections and turning of the willows, autumn still hanging on for now.

Lovely to spend some time with mum, we had lunch and coffee out, did our grocery shop and had a wander, then a cuppa and dear I say an apricot danish pastry at hers, delicious!

Wednesday.....one of those 'feeling good' kind of days, 18C :)
