fluttering down

The blossom is all fluttering down off the hawthorn hedging now and it looks like it’s snowing when the wind blows. This little collection of petals had landed on a big burdock leaf and I thought how pretty they looked. Quite chilly today considering it’s June tomorrow. We’re back to wearing our fleeces.
