Love like Blood

Early morning appointment with Doc this morning for my hamstring pain. Have rdv for IRM next week. He also recommended a blood test since I haven't had one for a while. We pay lots for our health insurance here, but does mean that service is great. So 10 minutes after seeing doc I was in lab for blood taking.

This afternoon took Liz for rdv for another eye check. All looked good, so Liz pleased.
