Morning stroll/jog

I worked a half day today as I had been invited for an Abdominal aortic aneurysm screening (standard procedure when one approaches 65 apparently) across the road at my GP surgery.
Beforehand I nipped out around the commons with my iPhone and blipped the journey at intervals.
The greater spotted woodpecker was close but my photo was too blurry for a decent view.
A grey commute to work but glorious sunshine on the return journey.
My screening gave a positive result and I’m told that I should live for quite a while longer yet.
