Life after Burradoo, NSW

Sleeping swans

The Central Coast is such a contrast to the Central West. The wonderful rolling hills are now a long way away, as is the very cold weather. The Central Coast experiences a milder climate and I miss the crisp cold air of the Central West.

I walk almost every day along the edge of Brisbane Water. It is such a large body of water that I don't need to take the same route every day. Today I chose the pathway and found that the black swans are still around in large numbers. The black lumps in the water are actually the swans curled up asleep, at least I think that is what they are doing.
