Place Rodin - traffic circle

Heading for a haircut on rue Mozart, I walked a little out of my way to pass this bronze of Rodin's "Age d'airain", located in a traffic circle in a residential part of the 16th arrondissement since 1929. It's a little hard to get to and there is a low fence around the circle, but wikipedia reports that the statue was at one time dressed by locals and was knocked over by vandals in 1947. With a run this morning as well, I clocked over 17,000 steps by the time I got home. J rode 75km on his bike. The warm and dry weather continues, as you can tell from the look of this garden.
