Half Way There

We left home for Stansted airport early this morning to get a flight to Antalya in Turkey. The blip is the view from the plane as we arrived. We were an hour late departing (and arriving) which made things more complicated as we had a connecting flight from Antalya to our ultimate destination, Almaty in Kazakhstan. On arrival in Antalya we were told we were too late to make the connection but Annie persuaded the staff otherwise and we made the flight (which was also delayed). Unfortunately our luggage didn’t and whilst we are now in Almaty, our luggage is in Ankara in Turkey. Oh well, that’s tomorrows problem.
