Hamlin Bay

It’s been a glorious day here today and Mauzee and I took a couple of friends for a drive to Hamlin Bay. The Bay is on the west coast and is famous for amongst other things the stingrays that frequent the shallows.  No sightings for us today but it was pretty special anyway.  We ended up at the Jewel Cave Cafe for lunch and it was just wonderful sitting out on the deck surrounded by giant Karri and Marri trees.
The Whale Song Festival is on in Augusta this weekend and we’re booked in to a couple of the events.  Particularly looking forward to “Big Gus - The Movie” tomorrow afternoon when a few of our images and videos will be featured.
