A much better day weather-wise.

I went into the office this morning, did a very small amount of catching up and left at lunchtime just before stress levels got too high. Then it was a lunch meet-up with a couple of university friends. Where did the last 50 years go?!

Afterwards it was a stroll up Calton Hill before I saw them off at bus stop and train station. Back home for a little bit of garden clearing and it’s now time for us to have our evening meal outside. Almost like being on holiday!

Irises, alliums and various other flowers are now popping up. The white centaurea is looking nice this year.
