Strawberries!

Seasonal food is just wonderful - why would you want to eat strawberries in the UK on December, when the time to enjoy them is in June and the summer months?
Earlier today I went to one of our brilliant farm shops and bought two punnets of British strawberries. Oh my, they are delicious - so full of aroma and so sweet. Some of them have found their way into a cheesecake. We have some friends round for a BBQ tomorrow and this cheesecake will make a wonderful pudding.
