Pondlife

This  morning, we went for a very pleasant six mile walk from Farley Mount  via Farley church,to try out our new walking boots. I've blipped Farley church before,  but I do love its quiet, elevated location, so I've included it  as an extra.
This  afternoon, I was watching life in and around  our two small garden ponds. There were a number of Large Red Damselflies (Phyrrosoma nymphula) and a few blue damselflies  which I think were Azure Damselflies (Coenagrion puella). A male is shown in my blip.
The frog tadpoles are growing up, and several  have  developed backlegs.
