Shakespeare & Sons is much more famous and iconic, but this store is every bit its equal for vastness, variety and sometimes, quirkiness of its collection. The shelves, full from floor to ceiling, overflow throughout the store into the very narrow aisles. Stacks of books fill every nook and sill.
The chaos in the windows give a hint of the adventures that lay within.
