Going Vegan

It's Day 4 going Vegan
My doctor said I have high cholesterol, she suggested statins of course, and/or lifestyle changes. I said: LIFESTYLE CHANGES.
So here we are on day 4, I had wonderful vegan meals every day so far and I feel good. Exercise is a MUST. I have a blood test in 2 months so I have to be good.
I am reading: The Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease Cookbook and
Simple and Delicious Vegan
But basically I eating the way I grew up,  just leaving out the meat.
