Notting Hill 'Fire Starter'

When I saw this mural in a mews just off Blenheim Crescent I had a list of 6 people it might be. Keith Flint wasn't one of them.

I discovered the building belongs to XL Recordings who were founded in 1989. The Prodigy were on the label.
