Iris

Took a bus from Bonnybridge along to Camelon and from there walked up to the Canal and then had a very pleasant evening walk back along the Canal to my start point.

In truth, I was enjoying the walk and the pleasant evening sun so much that I continued on past my planned turning point until I reached the path that leads down into Bonnyfield Local Nature Reserve and then doubled back from there and through the reserve to my start.

Spotted these flag irises along the Canal and thought the contrast of colours would make a good photo.
