Canal

This morning we went to the tip at Sighthill to get rid of some rubbish.  Afterwards we went to see the canal there - you step from an industrial estate into this lush green alternative world.  The aqueduct in the background crosses the city bypass over 9 lanes of traffic.

Then CyclopsJnr did a poster for his school Charity Committee.

We watched another Dr Who over lunch.

Later we went on a bike ride for an ice lolly at the seafront, then to the park for some football.

He finished the day by trying out his new slushy maker, which was a success.
