Busy at work, lunchtime gym session, working into the night. Doesn't make for much originality in the blips. Here's Arlo helping his mum make dinner, he didn't eat much of it, but that's what happens when you eat the butter straight out of the packet and sundried tomato pesto straight out of the jar.
