Tongland Hydro Power Station

Today's the day ....................... to reflect

Not a lot of water about in the River Dee at Tongland when I took this picture.

The river is tidal up to this point, but it was low tide.  There was no generating going on in the Hydro Power Station, so the flow downstream from the reservoir was minimal too.  That would all change though, when they did start to generate and water was released back into the river.

But just for now, it was all quiet - and a time to reflect ......................
